  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.

  • We do not guarantee that all product descriptions or images are completely free from errors.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer or order.
  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received (if applicable), a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location within Pakistan.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Smartlery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been inspected. Certain products, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.

All content on the Smartlery website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, is the property of Smartlery unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
